It’s amazing how fast the puppies grows and develop. It only took them a week to double their birthweight, and today they have all got tiny eyes. They have already for a couple of days tried to walk instead of crawling, and 7 days old they have got their claws cut for the first time since they are scharply pointed and are scratching Bikita a lot.
Bikita continues to be the perfect mother to her puppies. She has plenty of milk for them, and she stays for a long time in the litterbox, so all are completely filled before she leaves them, and at nighttime she lies with them the whole night. The puppies however are never eating for more than 5 minutes at a time. After that they collapse one after another, deeply asleep, as if they had been drinking sleepingmedicine.
